PRS Inclusion and Training Services, established in 2006, places equality, diversity & inclusion at its core.  With over 40 years of experience in Health, Education, and Social Care Services. Our vision drives community participation and employment for all.

Through our supported community based training, activities & courses, we demonstrate significant Social Value and Exchequer savings, positively impacting people, communities, and businesses.

Building inclusive futures

Over the last few years, we have supported over 500 individuals with barriers to education, training, employment and social inclusion through our supported community-based courses and activities.

Tailored Training

Our experienced staff delivers classroom and hands-on sessions tailored to individual needs. With elements of classroom training, external speakers, field trips, evidence collection, and practical assessments.

We provide flexible learning and support options in local venues to maximise access, with cohorts of 8-12 learners.

Joining PRS Partners In Employment allows businesses to offer work experience placements, volunteering and employment opportunities supported by dedicated PRS Job Coaches.  Benefiting both the business and the learner, demonstrating CSR, Social Value, and embedding EDI in the workplace. This position allows businesses to employ talented individuals, drive sales, and gain contracts that value their customer base.
