PRS Partners in Employment is a professionally delivered employer service supporting organisations to recruit, develop, and retain inclusive talent through supported employment pathways. We work alongside employers from first engagement through to sustained paid employment, providing assessment, preparation, training, job coaching, and ongoing support as required.

Open Doors to Employment is the entry point to the Partners in Employment service. This enables employers to:
- Host structured workplace visits
- Provide clear explanations of job roles and expectations
- Showcase real working environments and routines
- Engage potential candidates early and realistically

The only direct cost to the employer is wages for paid employment, in line with standard employment practice.
