How to access CAN or CAN Plus

CAN and CAN Plus can be accessed through Adult Social Care as part of an agreed Care and Support Plan, or by using Direct Payments.

People accessing support, families, carers, and social workers can discuss whether CAN or CAN Plus is suitable based on individual needs, goals, and outcomes.
